  • Who is secureupload.eu?

    • secureupload.eu is a file hosting provider. We offer online storage/remote backup capacity, sophisticated uploading and downloading tools.
    With secureupload.eu you can host files, images, videos, audio and flash on 1 central location.

  • Can broken downloads be resumed?

    • At this point, only Premium members can resume interrupted downloads. They can use extensive server routines which also support the downloading of segments. In this way, a file can be downloaded much faster in parallel to several streams, e.g. with the download accelerator.

  • Can I search the Secureupload server for certain files?

    • No. Secureupload protects the privacy of our users. Only the person storing a file on secureupload gets the download link. That person decides who should have access to the link. A file can only be downloaded if the download link details are known.

  • Where shoud I enter my Premium voucher?

    • You should sign up, login to your account and enter your voucher here: http://www.secureupload.eu/account.html



  • Why should I use secureupload.eu?

    • Whenever you need to send a file that is too large for e-mail, secureupload.eu can help. If you need secure remote storage capacity for off-site backups, secureupload.eu offers solutions for you. If you want to access personal data from a variety of computers and don't want to carry around a USB stick, secureupload.eu is a perfect way of doing so.

  • How to upload with FTP?

    • You can only upload with FTP as a premium user. You can use the following information:

    Hostname: ftp.secureupload.eu
    Username: your secureupload username
    Password: your secureupload password

    You can upload and create folders, but cannot rename or move files.

  • Can I search for files other people uploaded?

    • No, because not everyone wishes to share the files they upload with everyone else. This way secureupload.eu can be used to share files with anyone you choose to, as well as keep it for yourself as a backup or to download from anywhere in the world.

  • What kind of files can be uploaded?

    • All kinds: from your party photos to an important document. The only restrictions are for pornography, nudity, sexual images and any kind offensive material, and, of course, copyrighted material.

  • How to delete a file I uploaded?

    • To delete a file you uploaded you must use the delete link that was provided to you after the upload proccess.
    If you lost your removal code you can simply wait until the file expires so it will be automatically removed from our site and servers.

  • Can I hotlink the stuff I upload?

    • No. Hotlinking is not allowed on any kind of files uploaded to our servers.
